Ingredients:
Passover Mandlen recipe makes 12 Servings
3 Eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Matzo cake meal
1/8 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Potato flour
Beat eggs, cake meal, potato floour and salt. Knead well. Roll out on
floured board to One fourth inch thickness. Cut into One fourth inch cubes. Fry in deep
fat heated to 375 F. until brown. Drainserve in soup.
