Ingredients:
Passover Imitation Oatmeal Cookies recipe makes 10-12 Servings (D Or
2 cup Farfel
2 cup Matzoh meal
1 One half cup Sugar
2/3 cup Oil
One half cup Raisins
4 Eggs
1 cup Nuts; chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Salt
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon on greased sheet. Bake at
400 degrees until brown.
