One half cup Nuts; (hazel/walnuts)
3 tablespoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoon Sugar
PUDDING
3 Whole egg
2 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Sour cream
1/3 cup Oil
One half cup Sugar
1 cup Raisins
2 cup Matzo Farfel
1 Three fourths cup Apricot Jam; chunky
: Topping
: Mix together set aside.
~PUDDING
: Soak Farfel in cold water;
: drain well.
: Beat the eggs until light;
: add sugar
: gradually and continue
: beating. Add rest
: ingredients and mix well.
