Recipe - Passover Chocolate Mousse Pie

SHELL
1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Cake meal
One fourth cup Potato starch
(Makes 2 crusts)
FILLING
12 ounce Chocolate chips
8 Egg yolks
2 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Egg whites; beaten stiff
1 ct Heavy whipping cream;
whipped stiff
mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375
degrees for 15 18 minutes
Melt chocolate and cool add eggs to chocolate fold in remaining ingrediates
pour into COOLED shells. refridgerate until solid
