Passover Boiled Chocolate Frosting (Pareve) recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Water
One fourth teaspoon Vegetable oil
4 ounce Bittersweet chocolate,
melted

Boil sugar with water until it spins a 6 8" thread (242*) . Stir in
chocolate gradually, until icing is smooth. When Icing coats a spoon
evenly, beat in oil.
