Ingredients:
Passover Beef Roll recipe makes 6 Servings
2 pound Ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 Eggs
1 pack Potato pancake mix
Three fourths cup Matza meal
Three fourths cn Tomato and mushroom sauce

Potato pancake mix. Mix with one egg, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon matza meal.
Mix meat with all ingredients, except pancake mix. mix well together. Roll
out One half inch thick. Put potato pancake mix on top. Roll up like jelly roll.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour.
