1 pound Cottage cheese
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
One half cup Sour cream
1 Lemon & rind; grated , Juice
of
1 Orange & rind; grated ,
Juice of
Three fourths cup Dried fruit; snipped into
sm. pieces
2/3 cup Sugar
Greased 9 x 13 inch pan 350 degree oven.
Beat eggs; add milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and rind, sugar,
matzohs and fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
