Recipe - Passionate Peach Sundaes

4 Ripe peaches; pitted, cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 Fresh passion fruit
1 cup Raspberries
1 pt Vanilla ice cream or yogurt

1. Combine peaches, sugar and lemon juice in a medium bowl; toss gently.
Cut passion fruit in half crosswise and squeeze juice over peach mixture
(it's okay if there are some seeds); fold in raspberries.

2. To serve, spoon ice cream into sundae cups and top with fruit mixture.
