Recipe - Passion Pie

Ingredients:
Passion Pie recipe makes 1 Servings
Graham cracker crumbs
1 Stick butter
1 One half cup Confectioner's sugar
1 pn Salt
1 Egg
One half pt Whipping cream
1 cn Crushed pineapple; drained
Cream butter, sugar & salt; add the egg. Beat mixture well. Make a graham
cracker crust in bottom of an 8x8inch pan (mix graham cracker crumbs with
a little melted butter, spread on bottom of pan & press down). Pour mixture
over crust. Whip cream; add pineapple. Spread over batter & top with
additional graham cracker crumbs. Chill.
