Recipe - Pashka (Eb)

2 Egg yolks
One half cup Raisins
One fourth cup Rum
One fourth cup Butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
6 ounce Cream cheese
1 cup Almonds; toasted, slivered
Soak raisins in rum overnight. Blend butter and cream cheese, add egg
yolks, powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla. Fold in raisins, rum, and
almonds. Chill overnight.
