Recipe - Parve Kugel

8 ounce Wide noodles
4 Eggs
One half cup Sugar as desired (up to 3/4)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
4 Appleschopped
1 cn (20 oz) pineapple chunks or
tidbitsdrained discard
liquid
Boil noodlesput in collander. In hot pot from noodleswire whisk eggs,
sugar, cinnamon. Add raisins, chopped apples, pineapple chunks, then
noodles. Mix well. Pour into greased 8x8 or 10x5 panmetal or glass. Bake
45 minutes1hour. If gets too brown on top, cover.
