Recipe - Party Parsnips And Carrots

1 pound Each carrots and parsnips,
peeled and cut into 3 x 1/4
x 1/4inch sticks
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spread vegetable sticks in single layer on
nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil. Toss until well
coated.
Bake, tossing vegetables frequently, 1 to 1 One half hours or until crisp and
golden.
Yield: 6 serving
