1 Brie round 8inch
CRANBERRYCHUTNEY
1 cup Cranberries
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon Green onion, chopped
2 teaspoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Pickled jalapeno, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Toasted pecan halves(optl)
Cranberry Chutney:
In saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar and 1 tablespoon water to boil; reduce heat
and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add onion, lime juice, jalapeno, and
salt and pepper to taste. Let cool slightly (Can be covered and
refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
Place Brie on ovenproof serving dish. Spoon chutney over top. Bake in 350F
180C oven for 1015 minutes or until cheese is just starting to melt.
Garnish with pecan halves (if using). Fresh berries may also be used to
