Recipe - Party Nibbles: Antipasto Croustades

1 cn Black beans; rinsed and
drained
Three fourths cup Salsa
One half cup Sour cream
Lime juice to taste
Tortilla chips
1 cup Coarsely grated cheddar
cheese
1 cup Coarsely grated monterey
jack cheese
1 cn Jalapeno peppers; cut or sliced up
Preheat the broiler. In the food processor, combine the black beans, salsa,
sour cream, and lime juice to taste. Process mixture until smooth. Set
aside.
On a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, lay out the tortilla chips in a
single layer. Place dollops of the black bean mixture over the chips.
Scatter the cheeses and jalapenos on top. Broil the chips until the cheese
is melted and lightly browned.
