Recipe - Party Ham Ring

1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
One fourth cup cold water
1 cup Sour cream
One half cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
1 One half cup Ham; cooked; minced
1 cup Celery; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Parsely; chopped
3 tablespoon Green onion; chopped
Soften gelatin in water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Blend in sour cream,
mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until thickened; whip until
fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into 5One half cup ring mold. Chill
