Recipe - Parsley Dressing

Ingredients:

4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Ground parsley
1 teaspoon Capers; finely chopped
A few drops of lemon juice

The following are my favourite (simple) salad dressings for raw vegetables.
I have some other recipes (e.g. mayonnaise), but they are quite complicated
and not yet formatted...

This is wonderful with boiled potatoes!
