Recipe - Parsley And Bulgur Salad

1 cup Bulgur; mediumgrind
3 cup Boiling water
Three fourths cup Italian parsley
8 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Pour boiling water over bulgur and soak until tender but still firm,
about 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Drain well, transfer to medium bowl and let cool.
3. Add parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss.
4. Divide among 4 plates.
NOTES : 1. This recipe makes 4 small
