Recipe - Parsley-Tomato Dressing

One fourth cup Tomato juice
1 pn Cayenne pepper
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Minced onion
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth cup Chopped fresh parsley
One half cup Fresh or canned tomatoes,
chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
