Recipe - Parmesan And Walnut Bruschetta

3 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
One half cup Chopped walnuts
Salt
Three fourths cup Olive oil
One half French bread loaf
Heat broiler. Grate cheese. Combine One half cup of cheese, One fourth cup walnuts and
One fourth teaspoon salt in a food processor. Whir until finely chopped. Add 1/4
cup of the oil and whir until fairly smooth. Cur bread on the diagonal into
1/2" slices. Brush both sides with remaining One half cup oil. Toast bread under
the broiler, about 30 seconds per side. Spread 1 side of each slice with
walnut mixture. Sprinkle with remaining One fourth cup of cheese. Press remaining
One fourth cup walnuts on the top. Broil until the cheese begins to melt, about 30
seconds.

Carbohydrate; 3mg Cholesterol; 124mg Sodium
