Recipe - Parmesan Pork Roast

2 lg Eggs; Slightly Beaten
3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Rolled Pork Shoulder Roasts;
BoneIn, 4Lbs Each
One half cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Thyme
Preheat RoastAir Oven to 400 degrees. Combine eggs and oil in small bowl;
whisk to blend. Brush evenly over roasts. Combine crumbs, cheese and thyme;
pat evenly onto roasts. Place roasts on rack. Set rack in preheated
cookwell, cover; plug in RoastAir fan. Airroast 2530 minutes per pound
or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees on meat thermometer.
Unplug RoastAir fan; turn off temperature control. Allow meat to stand,
covered 10 minutes before serving.
