Recipe - Parmesan Herbed Flounder

One half cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoon Parmesan
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
3 tablespoon Fresh parsley; finely
chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Eggs
4 Flounder fillets; (46 oz.
Each)
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Lemon
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper.
Beat the eggs in a medium shallow bowl. Dip each fillet in the egg & let
the excess drain off. Lay both sides of the fillets in the bread crumb
mixture & shake gently to release excess crumbs. Place in skillet on
medhi. Cook until they are lightly browned. Serve warm w/ lemon slices.
Approximately 10 minutes.
