Recipe - Parmesan Herb Croutons

1 One half cup Biscuit/baking mix
1 Egg; beaten
One fourth cup Apple juice
One fourth cup Milk
1 tablespoon Dried minced onion
1 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan cheese
HERB BUTTER
One half cup Butter beans; softened
1 Clove garlic bulbs; minced
2 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley or 2
tsp dried
1 teaspoon Dried basil
TOMATO BUTTER
One half cup Butter; softened
4 teaspoon Tomato paste
1 ds Cayenne
In a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients just until blended.
Spoon into a greased 9inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400° for 1820 minutes or until golden brown. In separte mixing
bowls, combine herb butter and tomato butter ingredients; beat until
smooth. Serve with warm bread.
