1 cup Freshly grated parmesan
cheese
2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary; minced
2 tablespoon Fresh basil; minced
1 tablespoon Fresh thyme; minced
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1 One half Loaves frozen bread dough;
thawed
One fourth cup Butter; melted
Grease a bundt pan or tube pan. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cheese,
herbs and garlic powder. Divide the thawed dough into 24 pieces (16 pieces
from the whole loaf and 8 pieces from the half loaf). Dip each piece of
dough into the melted butter to coat well, then roll the in the cheese/herb
mixture to coat well. Place each coated piece into the bundt pan to create
an even layer. Let the dough rise, in the pan, until doubled in size. Bake
at 375ø for 3040 minutes or until golden on top. Remove from the pan
immediately and cool on a wire rack.
