Recipe - Parmesan-Cornmeal Sticks

1 cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Yellow cornmeal
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds, toasted
Three fourths teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper
One half cup Skim milk
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and
oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are
moistened.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface; roll to an 8inch
square. Using a pizza cutter or pastry wheel, cut dough into 4 (4inch)
squares, and cut each square into 8 (1/2inchwide) strips. Arrange strips
on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until crisp. Let cool completely on a
wire rack. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 4 sticks).
