Recipe - Parkers Shepherds Pie

1 pound Cubed cooked meat
1 Small bag frozen veggies
2 pack Brown gravy mix
1 cup Chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cup Mashed potatoes
I use a dutch oven so I can pop it from stove to oven. Heat meat and
onion over medium heat until warmed. Stir in veggies and cook for three
minutes or so. Pour in gravy mix and 2 cups water. Cook and stir until
thick. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 375 for 3540 minutes or until
heated through. Serves 4.
