Recipe - Pareve Microwave Fudge

3 One half cup Confectioners Sugar;
(powdered)
One half cup Cocoa
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 TBS. Corn Starch
One half cup Margarine; cut into pieces
One fourth cup Rich's Milk
1 TBS. Vanilla
One half cup Chopped Nuts or Mini
Marshmallows; (optional)
SOURCE: my girlfriend and I made up together years ago.
In a microwaveable bowl stir first 3 ingredients together until well
blended. Drop margarine pieces into sugar mixture. Microwave on HIGH 12
minutes, or until margarine is melted. Add Rich's milk stirring until
smooth. Microwave on HIGH 11 One half minutes longer until mixture is thick and
creamy. Do not overcook.
Stir in vanilla, nuts or marshmallows. Pour into wax paper lined 8" square
pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy.
