Recipe - Pareve Cheesecake

1 Graham cracker shell
2 Containers tofutti plain
cream chesse
2 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour into shell. Bake for 45 minutes at
350 degrees. When cool, top with any flavor pie filling. (I usually use
cherry) This is the easiest recipe in the world and can be made ahead
just put the pie filling on at the last minute. A nice touch is flaked
coconut around the edges.
