Recipe - Paprika Scallops

3 tablespoon Butter
1 pound Scallops
3 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Heavy cream
One fourth cup Sherry
1 tablespoon Paprika
3 Minced green onions
Heat butter in large skillet. Add scallops & saute 5 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour. Cook 2 minutes. Add cream, sherry & paprika.
Reduce heat & simmer 810 minutes or until thick. Sprinkle with
onions. Serve over fettuccine.
