Recipe - Paprika Pork With Peppers

2 ounce Butter
4 Pork loin chops; trimmed
Salt
Pepper
1 Cl Garlic; crushed
One half pt Vegetable stock
One fourth pt Dry white wine
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Red bell pepper; halved,
Seeded, cut or sliced up
7 fl Creme fraiche
Recipe by: Simply Delicious Preparation Time: 0:05 Melt butter in a large
frying pan and fry chops for 34 mins until browned. Season. Add garlic,
stock, wine and paprika. Cover and cook for 20 mins, turning chops once.
Add cut or sliced up peppers and stir in cream fraiche. Simmer o low heat for 10 mins
until chops are cooked.
