Recipe - Pappardelle With Olive Paste And Gruyere

Ingredients:

225 g Dried pappardelle (or other
flat noodles)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 tablespoon Black olive paste
1 tablespoon Pine nuts
75 g Gruyere or Swiss cheese,
grated on the fine side of
the grater

Preheat oven to 200 C/400 F/Gas 6.

Cook the pasta for 6 min in boiling salted water. Drain. Pour the oil into
a medium gratin dish and add the drained noodles. Toss the noodles in the
olive oil and the olive paste. Cover with pine nuts and the grated cheese.
Bake for 1520 min until the cheese has turned crispy and golden. The pasta
on top is slightly crisp as well, underneath it is moist and fragrant.
