Recipe - Paper Prawns

One half pound Prawns
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
One half teaspoon Cornstarch
Rice paper
1 cup Vegetable oil
In a bowl, mix the prawns with the salt, sesame oil, egg, oyster sauce, and
cornstarch. Cut the rice paper into 3inch square pieces. Put the prawn
mixture on the rice paper pieces and fold into a blanket. Heat the oil to
medium heat. Place the wrapped prawns in oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
