Recipe - Papayatomatillo Salsa (Gr)

1 lg Papaya, peeled, seeded and
coarsely chopped
4 md Tomatillos, husked and
coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon Finely minced red onion
1 tablespoon Minced jalapeno
One fourth cup Fresh lime juice
One fourth cup Coarsely chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon Honey
Salt and freshly ground
pepper
Combine the papaya, tomatillos, onions, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and
honey in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Yield: about 3 cups
