Recipe - Papaya Seed Dressing

One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Red wine vinegar
2 cup Salad oil
2 tablespoon Papaya seeds
One half cup Macadamia nuts
One half small Onion; grated

In a blender mix first 4 ingredients. Add the oil gradually. Pour into
serving bowl and add papaya seeds, macadamia nuts and onion. Stir well.
Makes 4 Three fourths cups dressing. Great on spinach salads.
