Recipe - Papaya Mango Sherbet

2 cup Mango pulp
2 cup Papaya pulp
1 One half cup Sugar
One half cup Whipping cream
One half cup Lemon juice
1 cup Vanilla yogurt
Combine mango and papaya with sugar and lemon juice in bowl and mix
together well. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in fruit mixture.
Fold in yogurt. Pour mixture into a shallow glass bowl or pan. Freeze until
the consistency of sherbet.
Approximately 510 minutes.

from fat); 11g Protein; 324g Carbohydrate; 192mg Cholesterol;
154 mg Sodium
