Recipe - Papaya Cooler

1 Ripe papaya (about 1 lb.)
peeled and seeded
1 cup Pineapple juice
One fourth cup Lime juice
1 cn (12oz) papaya nectar or
1 One half cup Papaya nectar
2 cup Sparkling water
Three fourths cup Rum (optional)

In a blender, whirl papaya with pineapple juice and lime juice until
smooth. Mix with papaya nectar and sparkling water; add rum to taste. Pour
into chilled glasses; add ice cubes.

saturated), 17 g carbohydrates, 5.2 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
