Recipe - Papaya-Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:
Papaya-Tomatillo Salsa recipe makes 1 Servings
1 lg Papaya, peeled, seeded and
minced
3 Tomatillos, husks removed,
minced
One fourth cup Diced red pepper
One fourth cup Diced scallion
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Serrano chiles, minced
One fourth cup Fresh squeezed lime juice
3 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt
3 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes
before serving for flavors to meld.
