Ingredients:
Papas Country Sausage Recipe recipe makes 4 Servings
18 pound Lean pork
6 pound Pork fat
2 ounce Sage
1 One half cup Pepper
One half cup Salt
1 tablespoon Dried crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar
Have meat ground fine (twice is not too much). Combine all ingredients. Mix
well with hands. Shape into patties and fry in skillet.
