Recipe - Pansit With Beef

Ingredients:

One half pound Spaghetti
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Onion; coarsely chopped
1 pound Round or sirloin steak; cut
in very thin pieces
One fourth teaspoon Accent
1/3 cup Soy sauce
3 (up to)
4 Cloves garlic; chopped
6 Scallions; cut or sliced up
One half Lemon; juice of
Lemons

Cook spaghetti in well salted water just until tender. In heavy skillet,
quickly fry onion & steak in hot oil. Turn heat off & add Accent, soy sauce
& garlic. Strain spaghetti & add to skillet. Let spaghetti sit & absorb soy
sauce for 3040 minutes. Just before serving, heat pansit until very hot,
contsantly stirring. Put in bowl & toss with scallions. Squeeze juice of
about One half lemon over all & toss again. Serve with extra lemon or lime
slices.
