Recipe - Panettone Pain Perdu

Honey
2 Eggs
Fried or grilled bacon
Panettone; (Italian cake)
1 tablespoon Cream
2 tablespoon Milk
Knob of butter
Slice the panettone. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the cream and milk and
whisk.
Melt the butter in a pan. Dip the panettone slices into the egg mix, then
fry on each side until golden brown.
Place the fried cake on a plate and top with bacon and honey. Sprinkle with
cinnamon and sugar before serving.
