Ingredients:
Panetonne recipe makes 1 Servings
1/3 cup Water
1 md Egg
2 Egg yolks
2 tablespoon Butter (or canola oil)
2 tablespoon Grated orange or lemon zest
One fourth cup Chopped candied citron
1 7/8 cup Allpurpose flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
One half cup Raisins
Bake on the quick cycle (instabread) and add raisins at beep (for
additional ingredients).
