Recipe - Pancit Molo

WONTONS
1 pack Wonton wrapper
One fourth pound Pork, ground
One fourth cup Chicken, cooked, chopped
fine
1 Egg
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup Water chestnuts, chopped
fine
2 tablespoon Spring onion, minced
BROTH
1 tablespoon Oil
6 Garlic cloves, minced
One half Onion, chopped
One fourth cup Shrimp, minced
6 cup Chicken broth
Mix first seven ingredients for wonton filling. Wrap in wonton wrapper. Set
aside. Saute garlic, onion and shrimps in oil. Pour in broth and bring to a
boil. Drop wontons into broth. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Cover and
boil gently for
15 minutes.
Serving Ideas : serve with crusty bread and salad
