Recipe - Pancakes For Two

1 One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth cup Buttermilk
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries
Optional
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Combine buttermilk, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in blueberries if desired. Pour batter by One fourth cupfuls onto a lightly
greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until
second side is golden brown. Yield: About 8 pancakes.
