2 Eggs; sepatated
2 cup Milk
7 tablespoon Melted shortening (or oil)
3 teaspoon Baking powder
2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
beat egg whites stiff and fold into other ingredients after they have been
mixed together.
This makes a great pancake or waffle!!!! This is from my husbands
grandmother.
