Recipe - Pan Fried Bay Scallops

2/3 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 One fourth pound Bay scallops
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. oil
Three fourths Lemon; cut in wedges
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge scallops to coat.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook scallops 34
minutes per side until scallops are opaque throughout. Serve with lemon
wedges.
