Recipe - Pan Con Tomatoes

1 Loaf crusty baguette; cut in
12 slices
6 Ripe plum tomatoes; cut or sliced up
in half
One fourth cup Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat grill.
Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and squeeze
juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread. Drizzle each
slice with oil, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
Yield: 4 as tapas
