8 Boneless pork steaks
1 One half tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Mediumdry sherry
1 Clove garlic
Salt and freshlyground
pepper
Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork
steaks until browned on both sides.
Add in garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly ground
pepper.
Cook until sherry is dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and serve.
