Recipe - Pams Cheese Stuffed Peppers

4 small Green peppers, washed
One fourth pound Sharp Cheddar cheese, in 1/4
inch cubes
One fourth pound Swiss cheese, in One fourth inch
cubes
One fourth pound Gruyere cheese, in One fourth inch
cubes
1 small Tomato, in 4 slices
1 tablespoon Packaged dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Melted butter
One half teaspoon Dried basil leaves
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. in boiling water ( 2 inches deep in a 3 quart saucepan, pasboil peppers
until tender 10 minutes.
3. Drain peppers; cut off tops; remove seeds. Place standing upright, on
lightly greased baking dish.
4. Stuff peppers with the three kinds of cheese cubes, dividing evenly. Top
each pepper with a tomato slice, then sprinkle with bread crumbs tossed
with melted butter and basil. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is
melted.
