A selection of vegetables;
chopped
SAUCE
1 Heaped tbsp cashew nut
butter
1 tablespoon Chinese chilli garlic sauce
1 tablespoon Rich soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry
sherry
1 tablespoon Water
Cashew nuts; lightly browned
1. Stir fry the vegetables.
2. Blend the sauce ingredients together and add to the stir fried
vegetables at the end of cooking and sprinkle with some lightly browned
cashew nuts
