1 pound Pot or ricotta cheese
3 Well beaten eggs
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 pn Crushed marjoram
BASIC PALACSINTA (without
Sugar & vanilla)
Milk
16 ounce Sour cream
Whip ricotta. Beat in eggs, salt, pepper & marjoram. Spoon filling on
Palacsintas & roll into tubes. Place side by side in a buttered baking
dish. Mix some milk into sour cream to thin it just a bit & pour over
rolls. Bake 325 for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
