Recipe - Pagan-Pakwejigan (Wild Nut Bannock)

Ingredients:

10 p ounds
pinto beans; well washed
5 onions; chopped
2 t easpoons comino
6 o unces mild
chili powder
6 jalapenos; finely chopped
4 cup loves
garlic; smashed
Black pepper; to taste
Salt; to taste
1 p ound thick
bacon; cut in pieces

Start soaking beans about 5:00 PM. Then leave and go somewhere and indulge
in Pearl Beer until 2:00 AM. Come home if you can, and start cooking. (Must
continue to drink Pearl Beer while cooking.) Drain beans, put in large iron
pot, and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover with water. Cook beans
until 7:00 AM. Turn off at 7:00 AM and go to sleep until 10:00 AM. 10:00 AM
~ Time for Chili Cookoff to begin! Get up!
